All orders must be placed via the website, email or by visiting our shop.
If a job is placed by E-mail it is advised that you make a phone call confirming we have received your order.
When submitting an order via email the relevant information for Print Work must be provided i.e.:
⢠Quantities
⢠Size
⢠Single Sided / Doubles Sided
⢠Finishing Required i.e. Laminating, Folding, Binding, etc.
Supplying Artwork
When supplying artwork please ensure the file is in PDF format, high resolution (300dpi), 3mm bleed and CMYK.
We can also accept JPEG, TIFF, EPS, PSD and QuarkXpress as well as Microsoft Office Files which are not recommend.
Payments
All payments must be made in full prior to print/design unless otherwise arranged.
We accept cheques, bank transfer, cash and card as payment methods.

Turnaround
All standard Print Jobs take 3-5 days to turnaround however if there is job is a particularly complex or large run this will take longer to print. One of the staff members at Footprint-Copy will let you know long this will take when an order is placed.
Please allow 1 extra day if you choose to have your order delivered.
